With a mix of challenging lines, difficult elevation shots, different distances and hazards. This is a gem of a course and perfect for experienced players that want a real challenge. The layout varied from the signs, but was correct on UDisc. Cannot understate how impressive many of the holes look from their tees.

I called and got a hold of Josh, the designer and creator of this course and was able to walk with him. He knows that he needs to cut the grass and maintain everything. It's just people don't understand that he's the only one that does it unless you want to participate and donate some time if you play the course, don't complain about it. It is a very technical course. Very challenging. Not recommended for beginners at all. Not recommended for beginners at all, but other than that had a blast walking the course with the Creator and designer. It's really interesting course pack of lunch 2 and 1/2 hour walk
@schlegelette
Arrows on baskets need adjustment. Fairways need some mowing. Paths between holes should be cleaned up. I was extremely grateful for the rope handrails where they were positioned.
@schlegy13
This course is extremely long and tight. It has the distance to be a championship course. However the upkeep and maintenance on all but 3 holes was totally atrocious. PS THIS IS NOT A CART FRIENDLY COURSE. Do not even think about bringing them…. Added at least an hour of play time trying to get my cart around this course.
@tylerlngnckr
Didn’t get to finish because of losing light. I had fun but I would play this one solo. Coming back with a partner.
@brian1riedel
Course is great. Superb layout. Can tell many volunteer hours have been put into it.
@gtalk256
In its current state, there is a lot of work to be done. With tee pads and some clearing of brush and a few trees, this will be one of the best courses in the state. Maybe even THE best. Who would've thought Clermont of all places?!
@codyroberts
Very difficult course, would not recommend for beginners. Tight lines and rough roughs lead to a lot of scrambling. A bit overgrown and can be tough to navigate for first time visitors.
@jonwess1
Super hard pro level course lots of water and tons of tight lines could use some more work but overall a very fun course! A lot better to play when dry.
@ianmonths
Demanding lines, short, technical holes combined with a few bombs. Lots of debris and cleaning up would make it a perfect course, but it’s new and that will come with time. Had a blast at the collegiate tournament!
@loganh716
Owners are super nice, great course, beautiful views. Has some work that still needs done to it but a really fun course to play. Would come back out and play again.
@ljdebritz
Very tight lines and cool course
@bcampbell94
Brand new course not open to the public yet! Awesome layout, has a bit of work yet, but it will be an amazing course! Very wooded with some great elevation
@penrosej
So much work put in. Might be a 3.5 now if you hate tight lines or need perfect tee pads. But I think it works it’s way too 4.5 as more clearing and cleaning is done. Signature holes are amazing.
@bigrich32
The only reason Shawmut Depot is not getting 5 stars is because it is still pending installation. There are a handful of holes that could easily make your top 18 holes. Picturesque ponds, carrying vast ravines, cliff edge death putts, towering pines, a hanging basket. I am very excited to see this course develop. Shawmut Depot is a true challenge for the advanced and pro player demanding precise landing zones and capitalizing on the birdie opportunities in between an array of punishing holes.
@thornyjoe
Great course!
