UDisc needs to update where to park. Almost impossible to find your way without UDisc. Otherwise it’s a fun simple course.
@squirreloncofee
Very thick brush off the fairways. Finding the first tee is difficult but once you do the signs do okay.
@bonechip
Nice short course wish a few technical shots on the long tees. Skinny fairways and dense underbrush means disc finding can be tough!
@carterfull
Fun little course. Longs and shorts change up the holes
@teothagoat69
Mid round, i found out that the fairways were lined with what is called cow parsnip and I didn’t realize until i had already trampled through it. Apparently cow parsnip has similar effects of poison Ivy, so if you dont land in the fairway, then your disc is most likely going in this stuff.
@justinh8675
Super confusing course design but beautiful area with huge trees to walk through!
@jonnyt123
My 200th course!!! There doesn’t seem to be an in-depth, recent review of this course, so hopefully any tourists (such as myself) will have a better understanding of it. Also, the UDisc address is not correct, follow the directions from a below review. This course provides disc golf to an area that is does not have any near by. The lines are mostly 200-300 ft straight to somewhat bent tunnel shots with occasional scattered trees on some holes. The teepads are good, solid concrete, and the signage is sort of accurate. The largest critique comes from the course design and upkeep. Some teepads don’t point the correct direction to the hole and you have to throw over a bunch of rough to reach the hole, when there is a fairway that is pointing the wrong direction. The walks from hole to hole are also a bit odd. I think if a Seward resident took some time and gave it some TLC, it could be a 4 star course. However, it needs some cleaning up and updates on the signage and holes. It’s a small town course, it should make sense and be easy to follow with minimal odd design.
@bertoman
Fun little coarse for a little forest walk to practice or just get some exercise..stay in bounds if you can the rough is rough as this is Alaska…
@mdorny
Do not follow UDisc directions, the actual address is 2093 Swetmann Ave (next to the Seward high school). The course is very confusing and goes all over the place; however the views and course is beautiful.
@jeef24
Definitely a lot of mud and you have to lean on UDisc for navigation between holes, but there is a good variety of shot shapes, I found it enjoyable for a small town course.
@ahyams907
Unintuitive navigation between holes. Well maintained, gorgeous views!
@simplercomplex
This is literally something some high schoolers made…
@monty35876
Not a bad little course! Long tee pads seemed like an afterthought though.
@tlawrence16
Fair conditions. Fun little course. Brush needs some clean up. And tee pad washed put on 7. No legitimate shot from longs.
@jgolini
Course isn't where the map says it is. Followed the directions and ended up in the middle of nowhere. Never did find it
@kroontang
Strange layout with a lot of extra walking. Well maintained fun wooded course
@jmikeyt
I edited my rating after playing this course 5 times in the week I was in Seward. I think I liked it more every time I played it.
