Watch out for dirtbike riders driving excessive speeds on the course right after I left. It was a nice little relaxing round with a couple short holes and a variety of 300-425 feet holes. It was sandy so beware of cleaning your shoes afterwards. I played it blind and got +7. Then I went back and played again because I’ve never played at this course before, and I got +1 which is my official score.

Course #91 for me It’s fine. For a 9-hole course, it’s decently well done. I arrived expecting it to be a pitch and putt, but several holes are 300+ feet. It’s not as easy as a regular 9-hole course, simply because of the added distance. I feel like that took away some of the appeal for me. I think when I come to a 9-hole course, I’m looking for a fun, low scoring round and lots of ace runs. If you can easily throw 300-350, you still get that at this course. For me, though, it was a LOT of driving 50 feet short, laying up, and taking a 3. Not the most thrilling round of golf. Dirt tee pads are a drawback, too, even though they were better than expected. If you’re heavy on the hyzer, the backyards on the last few holes pose a real threat. That’s not ideal. The creek on 3&5 is also intimidating. It’s a decent course, better than no course, but there’s nothing at all memorable about it. It’s fine.

Great little course on a thin strip of land. Always happy to see parks like this!
@sinfullbear
Nice laid back 9 hole course. Tee boxes are a little on the short side. After a rain I can imagine the creeks/ditches would become more of a hazard.
@brett4657
Just be careful not to put it in someone's backyard
@jcksncpr
Course is fine if you want to play four holes with a high potential of throwing into peoples backyards. There’s definitely better courses in Charleston, but this is probably the best one in Summerville sadly.
@rboudard
This is such a fun little course! The trees force some interesting shots and the distances are really good for the size of the plot. Tee pads are on the shorter side but there’s always some room on either side for people that need the longer run up room.
@gsum90
Lack luster course but good course to get to know your discs without a lot of technicalities.
@parks02
Need to mow grass more.
@bahawkes74
Shoutout to whoever put in the work to design and install this course. I like it a lot. For the space you had to work with it is well done. The openness is great addition to the courses in the area with only the heavily wooded Wannamaker being nearby. Obviously getting some better tee pads and signs will go a long way into giving it a more legit feel so I hope we can make that happen. Thanks!
@mudge1te
Dry course even after it has rained. Upkeep is good, frequently mowed. Teepads are small compacted dirt squares that are uneven and sometimes slippery. I usually tend to tee off to the side of the pads because of that. Would be a 4 star course if it had concrete pads.
@discgolfcraig
Nearly every hole has a obstacle on the left of the fairway (either creek or fences). Throw over the fence and better hope you have a nice homeowner to deal with.
@awesomeawestin
Beginner friendly but neighborhood causes hazard with reachable backyards and no trespassing signs.
@vdmsam
Need numbered holes and tees, but overall UDisc map was fairly accurate
@aaroncrockett99
Cute course with manageable distances and is easy to play back to back rounds. Some hazards with the ditch/people's fences. Tees need some love.
@chubbo
It’s a nice open course, all par 3s with some of them having some good length to them. If it’s windy then get ready for a tough round.
