About the course

From San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico, turn right on Dolphinario Rd. Go 1 mile. When you pass the nature reserve on your right, take the next left into a dirt parking lot. Follow the trail up the hill to tee number one. This course is very beautiful and a lot of fun. It's rocky and desert and up and down a lot, so good shoes are important. It is an object course. It is the only dg course for many many miles.

Not recommended for individuals with limited mobility

The course is not good for anyone with disabilities. The course is steep in places and is quite rocky. Most regular players use walking sticks for extra stability and disc retrieval. That being said, the course is easily hiked by anyone in good physical condition. With or without walking sticks.

I played this, or a previous version of it in December of 2009. Beautiful views.

Stunning views, nothing like it anywhere. Panoramas of desert, a lagoon and the Gulf of California. Meet up with a local to help with the course layout. If it only had real baskets.....
