About the course
This is the 3rd DiscGolfPark established in the state of Oklahoma and the 33th DiscGolfPark installed in the United States. This course was founded and full funded by Dr. Jon Lindblom of the Safari Smiles Children's Dentistry.
This is absolutely a course for everyone with two basket and teepad locations (white & blue) on a majority of the holes for 18-holes. Mostly flat terrain along Turkey Creek with some holes that throw across this OB waterway and circle back through a beautiful old growth oak forest. The short layout (white to white) provides a par 54 recreational course measuring 4,570 ft (1,393 meters). The challenging long layout (blue to blue) includes four par 4s for an overall par 58 measuring 6,825 ft (2,081 meters).
A great mix of open (7-holes) and wooded (11-holes) fairways offer the players with a good variety of unique challenges with lots of reachable par-3 holes. The course also features one of the most difficult par-4's in the state, hole #16 (blue to blue), the Lee Lake Monster!
This dual basket location and dual teepad course allows for essentially 4 different course layouts when the baskets are relocated. The highly visible blue baskets can be seen from a majority of the teepads, even on some of the longer holes.
