"Course." I'd rate it higher if I was advertised as a practice area. It has 4 nice tee pads and rotate throwing to 3 baskets. I've seen it be very busy with pedestrians from the dog park and nearby apartments.

This is a private neighborhood. I was gently kicked out but if you actually bust out the 9 on the layout, they’ll probably never notice. It is boring but also well kept and is right along a river and old railroad tracks for some nice scenery. Easy but careful of rolling down to the river. Word on the street is the office may allow you to play if you ask first…
