Needs proper tee pads, signage, roughs cleaned up. Course has a ton of potential to be great.

Parked right beside a real golf course—so we can all be mad at life together. Go too far left on those first holes and you’re scaling a fence like a wannabe Olympian. Push too far right and you’re swimming with the ducks. This is not beginner-friendly—I donated my driver to the prickly bushes on hole three, and it’s probably starting a family out there. Still, you can’t deny the place is stunning, with elevation changes that make your calves file a complaint.
