Definitely a walk! And throwing around the pond was challenging. Owner is real nice and phone numbers are up to date

Very steep hills & drop-offs, but is surprisingly maintained despite its initial appearance. It seems to be on private property, but open to the public. It’s sandwiched between houses, so try to be respectful of the neighbors. Limited parking on the side of the road next to the first tee pad.
