First time here and I absolutely love this course! Challenging but very scoreable. Multiple routes on almost every fairway with lots of shot shaping (player B crushed it ;). The park is very serene and beautiful! The flow of the course is great, however arrow signs pointing to the next tee pad are needed and would really help on a number of holes.
@jonnyt123
Well designed, fun course. Tees are all very good, course flows super nice as well. Numerous holes had beautiful “greens” and fairways that I could almost call sexy. Definitely with your time
@wronskian
Fun first play through! Cool course if you’re in the area.
@slippeddiscs
Beautiful Park Golf with a good combination of open and wooded holes. Enjoyable, if only I played a little better!
@scotthowardmn
Needs more garbage bins but is in my top 3 out of the twin cities area so far.
@martti
Wonderful riverside park course, we’ll maintained. Will play whenever I’m in town!
@stuartsch
Nice park style course. Well defined fairways with limited ceiling. Porta potties. Various layout options. Only complaint is the poison ivy. Not sure why Park board or local club has not addressed this.
@billthecrusher
Awesome
@bradeekb
Nice course, tee signs were solid. Some of the holes had a little questionable design. Wish there were garbage cans around instead of having bottles/cans on the ground.
@rdirheimer
Great course but poison ivy if everywhere.
@threedit
Pretty good over all. If you like woods, play the first 18, the last 9 is open park style. Well maintained park.
@jobabiarz
Wear pants. Lots of poison ivy.
@nickdegroote
One of my favorite park courses of all time. Good variety of shapes and challenges
@tonyengen
Very nice course, have to watch for pedestrians and cars on quite a few holes. Also, lots of poison ivy! Other than that stuff, well designed and fun layout.
@kingkinz
So many mosquitoes recently. Bring bug spray or suffer some serious consequences
@iconoclastes
Wow has this course improved since 2016, the last time I was in the area. Great variety of fh and bh, long and short, wooded and park. I can’t wait to come again.
@widgtraveler
Has become a much improved course over the last 5-10 years. Most of the first 18 holes have 2 live baskets to provide even more variety. The first 9 is the most recent addition, which added some great unique wooded holes. One of the few downsides to Pettibone is that it often floods in the spring and can make the course unplayable for a couple months. The new signage is pretty okay and the 7 Rivers DG club and parks department do a fairly decent job of maintaining the course. Not quite top tier, but definitely worth making the stop.
