Beautiful medium sized park with a large playground for kids within sight of the whole thing. No tee pads or signs, but if you follow the app there’s some pretty obvious places to tee off from. Use the flight paths in the app to make mandos around the trees and you get a great shot design. For what it is (three baskets in a neighborhood park) if you have appropriate expectations it’s great.

It is what you make of it. If you want to work on a specific shot, you can certainly find room to do that here. The trees are large enough to offer some shade as well as tunnel shots. The community that surrounds this park really takes advantage of it, so communicating with those present is essential. From my experience, however, the regular park goers have been pretty receptive to discs flying around. Foxtail free too.
