Challenging course. Lots of bomber holes for stretching the arm. Elevation changes, more large mature trees than scrub, good shade, not much relief from wind, water hazards in play. Course could use a mowing at time i played it. Kinda had to high step even in fairways.

Great shot variety. Hole 17 is a kind of weird, but otherwise very fun, challenging course that rewards distance and side arm ability.

One of the best Colorado courses. Tight gaps, long par 3's, placement shots, and ace runs. Worth the drive for Pessimist and Optomist. Highly recommend!!!

Great compliment to the Optimist course nearby. While that one tends to run through a more wooded area, Pessimist has longer open baskets and more dangerous shots. Personal preference as to which is more enjoyable but this is a fantastic round of 18.
