Tall grass along fairways will swallow discs, stay in the short stuff! Round tee pads on this course are different than the others and may not be long enough for some players.

Not too complicated and really fun. Avoid the tall grass you will not get your disc back unless you have a spotter

Good beginner course with a few challenging holes. Some fairways need a bit of maintenance.

The round tee pads are great, just need to be a little larger.

This course was not bad but the other two courses around Smithville Lake are better in my opinion. It's a lot of wide open shots. I probably wouldn't have played it because I don't like courses that are wide open with tall pair of grass but they had just mowed it. T-pads are circles and you can't get a run-up on them. There might be enough room on the teapads to do an x step and that's about it. I would say it is the easier of the three courses around the lake but also the most uninteresting.

This is one of the most beautiful courses I've ever been too. Can't give it 5 stars for the simple fact it is also very very unforgiving. Many chances to lose discs in the 5ft tall prairie grass and some water.

The fairways are really narrow more narrow than the map shows. Very few lines to take from tee box.

Course is very well maintained, but the bathrooms were still closed (mid-March). Tee pads are small though, so it’s hard to get a good run up. Benches at each tee would also be a welcome addition. The front 9 are great for beginners, since they’re all wide open and hard to lose discs. The back 9 are somewhat technical, but not too tough. Overall, a very enjoyable course, just mind the wind off the lake

Great course alongside two elite courses. No better way to spend a day and follow it up with a deli on the dock

Better to play in early spring or late fall due to weeds along fairways

Lost a yellow Sidewinder on hole 9. Must've skipped off the road and flared into the abyss.

The lesser played of the three here in the park, but just as challenging as the blue course. Wind will play a factor if it’s blowing, and if the shule is tall you will spend some time disc searching if you miss the fairway.
