I’m not exactly sure why this is ranked in the top five. I’d say at best it’s a four out of five stars. However, because of the unimagined and boring whole eight I can’t do anything better than a three. It’s like the course designer decided to take a nap on eight.
@shive02
One of the best courses I’ve ever played in 30 years super challenging bring all your shots. Well-maintained tees were fantastic.
@bobwilliams1
I'd categorize this course as a tough but very fair. Throw good shots and get good results. Wide wooded fairways and some serious elevation. Expect a workout on this course. Requires good distance to play well. I would not recommend for beginners unless you want to experience a long round.
@scottpguth
What more could you ask for? Mature forest, epic holes, the gold standard in tee pads, and well maintained. I’ve played 20+ courses in Tennessee, and this is the best. A destination course that flies under the radar. My guess is that anyone giving this less than 5 stars is either out of shape or rated under 900. Lots of elevation change will test your lungs and your shot shaping ability.
@titties
Championship level course. Lots of difficult distance shots and landing zones would need to find. Good upshots are crucial. Lots of debris on the course, unsure if a recent storm did it. Tee signs and some shot shapes are crazy difficult
@bcoulter58
Very challenging course, many holes too hard to be enjoyable for me. Shorter tees would be nice. MANY blind shots, flags on some baskets would be helpful. 5 and 11 are both beasts, steep uphill, stand still shots the whole way. FH heavy course. I’m glad i played it but won’t again.
@tango311
Driving through on vacation. This championship level course is the real deal.
@tylerzmoore
Championship level course with mostly technical throws and some open shots. Lots of elevation change. Wooded shots are very technical. Garbage cans spaced out throughout course and restrooms at the start and midway point. Course scenery is absolutely beautiful and very well upkept.
@gchristas20
Top notch course. Loved the terrain throughout the woods and the use of elevation changes. Gives you a little bit of everything, woods golf, big open drives, and then combines both of those on some holes.
@marion525
As a first time player here, finding the next tees without UDisc would’ve been a little tricky but that’s really my only gripe. Such a fun track to experience for the first time.
@txdiscgolfba
Absolutely tremendous course! It’s long, really long, so be ready for that. Up and down galore and terrific use of the terrain.
@jman77
Be prepared to hike. Phenomenal course with amazing views.
@mhoff555
Serene and tranquil. The perfect definition of disc golf.
@zaccattack
"This ain't disc golf, this is hiking. And I hate hiking."
@jamesadams13
One of the best, most challenging courses in the state. Well manicured. Not for beginners.
@justinh8675
Longest course I’ve played but extremely well maintained aside from the thick bed of leaves covering all of the wooded holes.
@ncatron406
Amazing course. Extremely long and hard, but such a fun way to spend a day. Lots of elevation, tough pars.
@baronwest
The leaves this time of year make this course really tough. Very easy to lose discs if you dont have someone to help spot for you! But a very fun challenging course for big arms!
@beefish83
Top tier. I've played all over the country and this one is an absolute gem. Mountainside style that tests all aspects of the game. Camping on-site and 3 other great courses within 15 mins.
