About the course

COURSE NOW OPEN FOR PUBLIC PLAY! Call pro shop to book a tee time at 760-345-9701. DRESS CODE: Collared shirts required and no denim. It is on an 18 hole Par 3 ball Golf Course. Very fun layout with a good mix of hills, trees, lakes, bunkers, greens, in a scenic are of La Quinta Ca. Helix Disc Golf hosts a monthly tournament here, usually the 1st Saturday of each month. Dates subject to change. Follow Helix DG on Facebook, check Disc Golf Scene or UDisc events for specific dates.

It's good if you like ball golf courses with stock hyzer shots the whole time. Slow pace of play due to sharing the course with golfers. Too expensive for what it is, I am spoiled by free play woods in the Midwest and east coast.

Playing along with the ball golfers is unusual and interesting. It might take some time to become normalized. The course is beautiful and the shots can be fun but kind of repetitive.
