Honest review : the course itself, amazing. So much potential to be Denver’s best course. Downsides are there are lots of homeless people throughout the course bringing danger into play. Also, a few holes have old baskets that need to be replaced. A bridge or 2 needs to be put into place to ensure safe crossings in between holes. Can get overgrown in summer. If the city spent some time & money to clean the place up it would be a top tier course! Good shot variety & hole distances. Recommend playing with a friend! Also, would not bring any pets to this park.

If you like losing discs, stepping on snakes, and encountering homeless people, this is the course for you. Somewhat playable in the winter months at least. Update 8/6/25: has been mowed recently, at least most fairways and around baskets. There are less homeless around than usual. More playable than most times in the summer.
@sirhemp
Is long confusing disc eating course
@matt420
So overgrown. Don't even try and play the back. Off fairway is nearly impossible to find a disc
@polanin
Under the buzzing hum of the high-voltage power lines, next to the babble of a creek and the ringing of the streetcar, amidst a well-worn walking trail, set against the backdrop of the city towers, you’ll find Paco Sanchez park. There’s a lot to like and dislike about this course. Namely, though, if you are in the city and need a pretty good place to throw, this should be on your list. Set your expectations appropriately, watch out for people, stay clear of the creek, and you’ll have a good time.
@genekouba
This course deserves better baskets and players who will pickup trash.
@strebs
This course was all over the place. A decent start on a well kept park with ol baskets turns into a course that jumps back and forth over a creek that is very unkempt and populated by some full time course dwellers. If you're okay having to drop.a 30p' drive in the fairway or be stuck hunting in knee high shrubs for your disc, then this will be good. Basically course designers tried to do too much and it's not clean enough for this style disc. Shorten some holes and leverage the actual park for a better course. Also hole 3 basket doesn't exist
@pomerleau4
Not as gross as it used to be. Trash mostly cleaned up and no homeless that I encountered. Still a 75% chance to lose a disc on every throw of 80% of the holes though. Vast majority is extremely overgrown
@lukeegilbert
Maybe it was a good one back in the day but this course is dead.
@easystreetben
Exciting and challenging long course hidden in Denver. As others have stated, plenty of homeless (not in the way or problematic), plenty of long blind shots and quite a hike. Basket layout is really fun and the variety of shots is excellent.
@drfrisb
Not a great disc golf course but close to downtown and rarely busy.
@stonefo
Hole 17 is still unplayable because of construction! Main layout should also be 21 holes instead of 20.
@johnarnold
Super fun technical course
@degnan
A great course that has some downsides. Considering how narrow this course is — a skinny down & back — there are a lot of chances to rip it. Pedestrians, water, and lack of signage make it tricky to play & navigate. Recommend playing with locals first time out.
@nfisher
Plays over path a little bit too much. Inflating my rating as it’s way better than people make it out to be.
@chandler5280
The grass is getting long in a lot of areas. And the homeless population is the worst I have ever seen it.
@pseudoscapegoat
Denver needs to rehab the course completely. Some random person has keys to the baskets and Denver parks and Rec simply mows the front nine park and that’s the extent of their participation.
@bckcntryskr
Challenging for numerous reasons
