About the course

The course is located in a secluded part of Ox Bow County Park. Fairways vary from rather open to exceptionally wooded. The course namesake "Ox Bow" comes into play on holes 12 and 13 along the Elkhart River. In the spring, snow melt and rain may make some holes unplayable due to flooding. In the summer, poison ivy can be found on many holes. In May of 2023, the course began work on a complete renovation. New baskets, tee pads and signage will be installed. New alternate tee pads and additional pin placements will support year-round play for casual and competitive disc golfers. The course improvement project will be complete in time for its 35th anniversary celebration in August of 2024.
