Open but with some variety. 3 teepad options is nice, although some are in worse shape than others. Different from nearby wooded courses
@cntbg23
Open course with some unique use of the terrain in the back. Fun course
@cadehobbs
Nice to have a more open course with how little we can throw far shots in North Carolina. Wish it was closer to Raleigh
@joelckellum
Very open. Nice to throw hyzers. Hole 4 is now in my top 10 favorite holes
@joshwalters
An open course is a nice change of pace from typical NC woods golf. It did feel a little repetitive at times but the course uses a few pockets of trees well.
@jepperson
Great distance course
@jehlman
Wide open course which makes this NC golfer realize how bad he is playing in the wind and calculating distances without trees. The holes have some decent variety, but most can be accomplished with either a RHBH or RHFH hyzer. Iβm a fan of the turf tee pads. Signage is great but nonexistent for the Red tees.
@omaaargawd
With all the wooded courses in the area, itβs a breath of fresh air to just rip open fairways
@bmoyer
Fun course, not super challenging. Love turf tees but they need a better base. Wish they would have utilized more of the woods, but may not have access.
@timboslice15
Wide open. Little variety. Great for practicing long drives.
@kdevaney3
Great use of an old golf course. Open course with Reds Whites and Blues.
@averagenebo
Nice course. Nice open layout. Windy day today.
@queenoburrito
A nice 2 mile walk through 18 holes. It's very open and beautiful.
@wlpm04
Like any course these days it's soggy
@eao1984
Glad this course is complete! Itβs wonderful! Itβs always a great time spent out here! Bring fishing gear for fish too if itβs your thing.
