Fun. I'm a beginner so it was challenging. A few tunnel shots and doglegs requiring real control and distance that I don't have yet. Will come back for sure once I up my skill. bogey'd most of the holes but a couple pars.
@kiltedswitch
Chill course. Not a lot of shade and poisonous plants everywhere. Bring a recovery stick and wear long pants.
@stoafa
First tee pad is smaller than all the rest. Not a lot of places to walk when it is muddy.
@texrocker
Great/short coarse w variety of shots. Skill level challenge w few narrow shots thru trees. Enjoyed it.
@doublereno
Mostly open, a few tunnel shots, last hole is silly, have to throw over a big row of trees on tee shot, can’t see basket at all
@masterk13
This is a cool little course. Some tricky shots on most holes until the end. I’m good with the open ace run in hole 8. But hole 9 is a tee in front of a hedgerow 20 ft tall and 80ft wide. Would be better move the tee pad right in front of the right gap and force a perfect shot then blindly throw over or around. Lastly several baskets are not viewable from the tee. Some creative brush trimming could really bring out this courses natural beauty.
@chaset41
Very small T-Boxes. Only go if there has not been rain. Other than basket 9, mostly short but still technical enough to make it fun.
@dpols10
Played after a heavy raid, lots of mud.
@dgaficionado
Whimsical artwork highlights sport: peaceful and inviting space nicely accommodates course, but humdrum layout is mostly meh. Playful "Liftoff" sculpture is an inspired attraction.
@papanachoz
Great intermediate course to learn on. It’s not easy. Can get muddy after heavy rains. Luckily I’m immune to poison ivy because I can tell it’s quite prevalent off the fairways. Hole 2 is a great risk reward play to throw over the OB. Good variety across the course. Hole 4 and 9 are really difficult par 3’s for me as a beginner.
@skeletor013
Poison ivy and overgrowth has been less of a problem this year than in the past. It seems like some efforts done at the end of last year have worked out well. There is still a lot of OB and this is absolutely not a beginner friendly course even at 9 holes. Most of the upkeep has been better, but the creek really needs to be cleaned up. It is disgusting.
@rwolfe15
Slightly overgrown and super muddy as of 5/15/23.
@drmontgomery87
Definitely improved since my last time here. Gravel covers an area that always seemed wet and sloppy. 2 wood bridges to cross areas that would fill with water. Good 9 hole course for practice.
@antispinth1s
Grass needs cutting, and its a little sticky, but definitely playable.
@macsmith2512
Looks great with recently mowed grass.
@discman711
Only real negative was the short tee box on hole 1.
