Rating is definitely inflated! Some neat shots in the rear but a lot of garbage and junk lying around.

Course was set up short, so I didn’t get to have the full effect, but the property is really cool and the hole designs are good.

It’s not every day you play with the threat of sinkholes, snakes and a trigger happy irate neighbor. A one of a kind experience with a good mix of open and wooded shots!

Fun course. The first 5 holes are nothing special but the last 13 are fun. Don’t think it’s a top 100. Appreciate the work that went into it by the owners and letting people play on their land.

It’s a backyard passion project. They’ve built an 18 hole course in the woods / property at their home. Super sweet they allow people on it, completely free to play, in their home. I feel like the course is rated artificially high for what it was. It’s a fun time and I enjoyed it - but it shouldn’t be in the top 100 courses worldwide. Inflated ratings due to the fact people don’t want to offend as you’re being invited into somebody’s home / property and allowed free range. None of this is meant as an insult - I had a good time and it’s a fun course, especially considering the owners probably built and designed it themselves. Owners are super friendly, and you should absolutely come play and support the course. But take the ratings with a grain of salt.

When you are rated a top 100 course, you have high expectations when visiting. Without the interesting/artistic flourishes all around the course I would have thought this course too highly rated. You have to take it all in though for the full effect and I am sure I missed some things (like not seeing a stormtrooper hit his head on a doorway in Star Wars). I am so glad I stopped by though. I am very surprised he doesn't put up a qr code to accept donations.

Visiting from Seattle. Oggwood is magical. Good folks. Great course with a good mix of open shots and nice tunnels in the trees.

Gimmicky course design. Not well defined fairways for many of the wooded holes. Poke and hope at best.
