Cold but great condition

Heavily wooded, shaded course with dual tees, making it a good option for staying out of the sun and practicing accuracy. • Navigation is solid, with clear transitions, arrows between holes, concrete pads and tee signs on short tees, and gravel pads with posts on long tees. • Despite different tees, the course quickly becomes repetitive, with many holes feeling nearly identical in length, shape, and elevation. • Design encourages overly conservative play, even on longer holes, with tight woods, hidden obstacles, and little incentive to attack. • Metallic baskets and seasonal leaf cover make baskets and discs hard to see, even in fairways, adding unnecessary frustration. • The final few holes add a bit of variety, but it comes too late, leaving a course with potential that ultimately misses the mark due to monotony.
