Dry conditions. Mowing had been done recently. Paths were dry. Really enjoyed the course and ACED 13!
@maberardi
I loved this course! Beautiful with the lake in the background. Great shot variety! It’s good for all arms.
@bentrabun
Quite a few baskets near tee pads. Locals like to putt on 18 and don’t really care to look at the tee pad, so that was cool.
@stoltzjl77
Signs could use a refresh and the baskets need some color or flags, and some basket-to-tee paths skirt other fairways or basket areas a little too closely. But all in all a really nice course!
@breezey
Other than the few holes that have empty beer cans and trash, the course overall is nice.
@levimo
Looks like they're making some improvements to keep it from staying so soggy.
@haddiman
First off, how in the freaking world is KJ memorial rated higher than this course? This is a top notch course worth going out of your way for. Right along the water. Pretty big open holes, short and tight wooded holes, a 200 foot triple mando. I've only played a handful of Arkansas courses but this is the best one yet.
@ericschauer
North Shore is one of NWA’s oldest courses and is designed pretty well. Tee pads are good, signs are good, overall a solid course. The caveat to this great review is water. Course has pretty severe drainage issues so if it’s been raining a lot it will be very muddy.
@iwasbornwild
When it’s dry it’s not bad. Needs longer tee pads. It’s a classic old school style course.
@dnutter
Fairways are fully mowed right now. A nice challenge and well established course. Has very nice variety of required shot shapes. A must play in Northwest Arkansas.
@sherrerc
Course is in good shape. The nature is the layout so close to the lake and the low areas means there will always be muddy spots (which there are, some around the baskets) but all in all a wonderful place to play and a beautiful setting. Watch the walkers and bikers 😉
@javman
Amazing course. Will wet in winter , but really on 3 holes, 1,3,4. Has been mowed much better last two years.
@russmccoy
Fairways are mowed and looking marvelous.
@jbbustin
Long grass off the fairway
@enormousnorm
Need better signs for guidance and foliage is crazy thick so even if you have a good shot and rolls into the wild you might not get your disc back. Plus couple baskets have water hazards behind them and theirs nothing warning you about that. Besides that it’s a fun course in and out of the woods.
