Don’t pay $10 to play here. Needlessly complicated layouts with no signage. Would be unplayable without the UDisc map

It has a lot of potential, but I'm disappointed with the signs in particular. With tees and baskets all over, it would really help to at least redo the signs with a sharpie and add some directions because, even with Udisc, I was confused quite a bit. It's a nice property with a fun layout. But because I paid, I can't give it top scores.

Fun course! Definitely use udisc GPS to get around the course, easy to go the wrong way

Fun course, a lot of different shots in the open and woods. Grass is a bit long right now because of all the rain we've had, and it is pretty muddy in spots, but not too bad to detract from the experience

Really cool place. Worth checking it out. The woods can be really technical.

Nice course fun layout but it would be helpful if the baskets had whole numbers on them

Pros: -portapotty on site! -variety of woods and open -creative shots -EXCELLENT tee pads! Cons: -lots of baskets around, and hard to know which you’re throwing at for a handful of tee shots. -no signage to the next tee, which is unfortunate given how much swamp is on the property. Went shin deep twice trying to navigate to the next tee using UDisc. -The price is comparable to Sunnymede to the south in MA, or Cold Hollow in VT, but this property is not up to their level, yet.

No trash or recycling cans. Carry in and out. Could use better tee signs and way finding. 2$ more for E-pay!? And no functioning QR code posted. Could use more benches or tables. This course rating is stilted by locals who haven’t seen good courses. Great design on the positives.

A neat intermediate course, good mix of open and wooded holes.

Very fun, certainly worth the greens fee. While not top tier, very nice upper mid tier. Great mix of open and wooded, uses the subtle elevation change’s wonderfully. The owners have clearly put a ton of work and love into the course. Needs better signage and hole maps.

Really fun course first time playing is a little confusing and a couple holes still have dirt tees but this place is shaping up to be awesome!

Great to have another course nearby, really like the mix of open and wooded holes. This place is great. Slightly confusing to navigate when it’s your first time here. Bring bug dope

I haven’t played here since they changed the layout. I love the changes. My only critique is signage between holes especially in the wooded area (11-14) could be better because I got lost at times. And holes with random baskets on them should have markers to which ones are the basket for the hole

Confusing yellow basket on back nine made us throw to the wrong pin.

Fun track with a good mix of shots required. Front 9 mostly longer & open with shorter, more technical back 9. Well maintained. Worth checking out!
