Go check this course out!
@doragdtm
I mean its only 9 holes but it's on an island, has incredible views and a bar walking distance. How can you not rate it 5 stars!!! 🍹Major props to The Windmill bar and crew for giving me this experience.
@detroiit
It’s got great views right next to the windmill bar, however the course itself it’s not great. No teepads, confusing signage/baskets. It’s essentially one giant rectangle with tons of baskets scattered throughout, the rough is very rough and it’s very tight space to which which is good if you can throw straight. Good thing there are tons of loaner discs. I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way for this course especially if you are a beginner. But at least you played disc golf on vacation.
@shobin55
For a small course on a Caribbean island, it's about as good as you could ask for. The bar/restaurant makes it all the more worth it. Great spot, highly recommend.
@madamy
9 holes are packed into a small area requiring holes to criss cross. Views are great. Downhill shots are a ton of fun.
@climbsomething
Course plays back on itself a few times and tees are hard to find, but you won’t find a course with better views. Finish your round, throw a few bucks in the fee box, and go relax at the bar afterwards.
@stormiski
Fun 9-hole corse with some great views,
@maxc12255
I’ve never played at a course that had such difficult holes for a small distance per hole. And the views took my breath away.
@itsastev
Worth every second and cent, make a stop at the Windmill Bar for lunch after!
@gmanfaulk
So fun to play disc on St John! Great little track that I look forward to every year. Some smaller plants that stick to shoes/clothing. Wear long pants or expect to pick off burrs.
@jakebro
Solid backyard style course. Shot variety is good though it’d be nice to clean up a bit of the brush piles around the property. But that’s a small complaint for playing disc golf on an island.
@calring
Was not kept up and very hard to follow. Good news homemade ice cream at the windmill bar was outstanding!!
@jackthrowsdiscs
Can’t beat the experience of playing disc golf on a random hill on St John! But the course isn’t amazing or anything. I wore sandals and so didn’t feel comfortable playing some of the holes with tall tall grass. The tee boxes were also very hard to find - there are little markers on the ground but I only managed to find 7. If you can’t find the starter sign with the loaner disc box, ask the Windmill Bar.
@ddemangos
A bucket list item for any amatur dger. Sceanery alone is worth the price of admission.
@nagromxer
Beautiful. Needs some work but good start at paradise summit.
