Great 9 hole course! Sounds like their planned improvements and expansion are going to make it a real gem.
@rprodart
Great use of the available space; enjoy the hole design and variety. Hopefully the park can keep up with the mowing required.

For all that are reading the comments… Disregard the comment from Steveohio…. he had a lot of negativity for a course he claims he only played 4 holes on. Yes, there is a little poison ivy here and there, but what course doesn’t. And yes they could mow a bit more in then landing areas. But overall it is a fun course and you will need to have all your shots with you. I feel they did a pretty good job with the space they put it in. Props to them. It has potential with positive input from everyone. It’s always cool to play some place different. Go around a couple of times.
@jreese82
Nice course in a meadow with some trees. Worth playingi f you are in the area. I wouldn't drive far to play it. Tee pads would improve the rating.
@ryanzusy
Only been open for a week, overall one of the best 9-holes in the area. Blue and red tees so it could be played as 18. Two holes were marked as par 4 but udisc had them as 3. I know there are improvements planned and look forward to seeing this course get better and compliment nearby Punderson.
@drewalbrecht
Give this place the love it deserves and it will be an amazing course for the area. Help out however you can!
@lukekruse1
I'm rooting for this course to get played in and maintained enough to become a four or five star course. Right now the high brush, plentiful poison ivy, and dense woods lines are not super enjoyable to play. You'll have to have perfect placement to not spend most of your round looking for discs in the early to midsummer high growth and dense foliage, especially on holes 6-8. I've heard there are plans for concrete tee pads and an 18 hole extension which would be awesome!. Right now the most important thing is doing some brush hogging or it's going to not get the play it deserves on a very nice piece of property. I'm looking forward to hopefully editing my review in the near future to bump up my rating and. rewrite my review
@steveohio
Probably the worst course I've ever played. Its a basic pitch and putt, so do t expect anything more. Its new, but there's no discernible "fairways" theyre all over a foot tall, and the course simply has the most poison ivy on any course I've ever encountered. YOU WILL GET POISON IVY HERE. We quit after 4 holes, even hitting the fairways, you have avoid it. Every tree has it foing up, and a 3 foot radius around each tree. We literally left the last disc played on 4 in the field because there's no way to avoid the poison ivy. Would never play here again, and honestly, with punderson a couple miles away, I can't see any reason this course was even installed. Any 9 holes at Pundy are better. Unless someone does serious poison ivy remediation, or you frankly dont care about getting it, then this is unplayable. Id honestly pull the baskets for any other course in the area. Good signage, good baskets, and big a pile of why even bother otherwise. This course is so bad, any new comer would actually be detered due to poor maintenance and an absolutely prolific amount of poison ivy. Do yourself a favor and play punderson or anywhere else instead.

Needs mowed
@bdudinsky
1st time playing. Course was well marked and fun to play.
@jtlawrence
Great potential in this. The course is brand new, so it’s still working out kinks but it’s great for what it is now. The only thing it would benefit from that does not appear to be on their roadmap would be a little more signage for the park itself. The sign for Nero was tucked a bit back and hidden until the last second by all the trees, and I had several members of my party and some from another say that their GPS said they arrived early, leading them to pull into someone’s driveway without realizing that they weren’t at the park. Otherwise, we had a blast playing both reds and blues, and look forward to the more wooded back 9 in the plans.
@strawnks
Three things would move this from a 3 star course to a 4.5. 1 cement tees, 2 nicer signage on the tees, 3 keeping the long grass walkable. I won't go out of my way play this course, but if I'm in the areas its worth a stop. Thank you to everyone that helped get it put into the ground.
@jakederus97
Very new course. Excellent foundation. Can't wait to see this property blossom. Especially if the back 9 in the woods goes as planned!
@mschomer
Much improved with the mowing. Good variety with the red and blue.
@sbeatty900
Great layout! Good lines with trees in play but not too dense, and not wide open. Good variety of distances between 200-450.
@olgregsplace
Alot of fun looking fwd to concrete tees and back nine!
@derekthedisc
Quiet little spot. I find places like this very calming and I can zen out alone. There are many trees, but there are many wide lanes. I played in winter, when the snow was packed hard, and no leaves or undergrowth. Huge skip shot potential if the winter conditions are right. I think this would be a fun place in the fall.
