we are from out of town just passing through looking to play some of the beautiful courses around show low. Looks like a decent course, but definitely just in a meadow. We were looking for more trees and scenery like at Show low or wilderness ranch. We actually left early to go back to show low.

NEW Course layout is near final placement. Course needs time to weather into shape. I hope they don’t take any more trees and shrubs down like they did when ruining the Lake course. The city needs to get input before making wholesale carnage of their formerly top-rated courses. Sadly, I would not recommend them to my friends and family at this time.

Find a local to play with or you will spend a lot of time looking for tee boxes and baskets. They are not accurate on UDisc, and donate is poor. The play was fun, and the mixture of open and tight holes was great.

Under construction. Be patient. This will be a great course when finished.

Hopefully the final design is better than what the course looks like now!

Course is undergoing redesign. Overall this is a quality course, but I am concerned how it will play once the path is in given the current state of the course.

Nicely laid out course, good shot variety and distances. Some baskets took a bit of looking to locate, but a group of locals invited me to join them, and having a guide is always a big help when you’ve never played a course. I preferred this course to the woodland lake course. Both a good courses.

I only had time for the front nine, which was fun. You do see numerous baskets for most holes, so a little hard to figure out which one (short or long).

The intro signs look great, not all baskets are present. Use old discs as the course is rocky and sure to dent up good discs. Signage is great but the direction arrows to the hole are confusing, had a great time still.

Hole 18 brings the experience down at the end.

One of my favorite courses to play. A lot of tinkering, effort, and thought has really developed this layout over time.

Bit confusing, distances aren’t super accurate, but overall very fun, challenging course.

Construction around home 18, definitely confusing with all the baskets. Fun course!

Hole 18 is missing. Otherwise, a great semi-open course with long and short basket locations for each hole.

It's a great wooded course! Worth the trip from Phoenix.

The new layout is very fun in my opinion, probably an improvement over the prior, though a little shorter Great tee pads, a variety of shots and some really interesting greens taking use of some existing landscape and some built up areas using boulders. Thoughtful OB and mandos for the most part. Well done redesign team!
