@perezfranky574
The owners were AMAZING! So informative, super nice, will have to be back before I leave TN to grab a disc.
@vinsa4
Definitely worth the cost! Fun course well maintained. Owners are great people! Word of advice tho, bring plastic your not worried about, a roll away might be 200ft down a mountain lol
@jacobeaves22
Newer course. Fun for what it is. Probably a one and done for me since I’m about an hour away and it’s a pretty brutal course. Fairways are TIGHT with rollaways down the mountain extremely likely. Very easy to lose discs. Pro shop has a good selection. A lot of innova and discraft but some other brands too. Worth a visit but be ready for a hike!
@erntarlini
Fun little course, the owners are super friendly! Don’t really get to throw a real drive at any point on the course except hole 1. Defiantly worth playing to say I played it.
@nelks15
Awesome course and the owners are good people. Worth the visit if in the area!
@brystall
Be ready to climb a mountain. Very easy to have a shot roll down the mountain. Great hole 9 course, they have two tees and two holes on every hole so you can easily run it back and play 18.. but you probably wont. (Unless you are an avid disc golfer)
@mikemanning
This is a fun 9 hole course with a lot of potential. Some of the fairways are pretty tight, with potential for rollaways. The owners are very nice, and have a good selection in the pro shop.
@zaccattack
Literally on the side of the mountain. Completely unique. Totally worth playing once.
@kingcivic98
This course is beautiful. Very well up kept and clean. It is a good hike but plenty of benches to stop sit down and catch your breath. The owners are super cool and friendly! Best course in the smokies for sure!
@jwagg19
Great course really technical on shot placement and accuracy but very well kept. Definitely worth the 10$ but bring you’re hiking boots it’s a true mountain course great friendly people here will definitely be back
@beaumanh
A sort of jagged course design with some tight catwalk-style holes with huge punishment. Fun at times, but most likely want to bring discs you can lose.
@colonelfox2
Holes 1, 7-9 are great. Very scenic. The others feel like filler holes along a very steep hill where you can get some serious rollaways. Overall pretty short. Don’t need a driver really. The staff there were incredibly friendly and the pro shop is well stocked with the latest MVP, Innova, and Discraft.
@mac333
A very distinct and unique course ran by absolutely wonderful individuals. Go there check it off your list. You probably won’t play another one like it or meet people any better then go to paw paws catfish kitchen and get some grub.
@gsisson
Beautiful little 9 hole near the mountains of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. While a short course, be prepared for a bit of a hike as the first few holes play up a very steep hill before playing back down. I would definitely come back if I were in the area!
@glazemike
Amazing beautiful gem in the Smokie Mountains if your in this area this is a must play. Keep in mind though this course is being built by the owners of the property your in the Mountains be respectful and aware of your surroundings. Very technical course, you play 5 holes up and 3 holes down so very easy to roll down.
@tonybrackett
I had the privilege of throwing this course in its infancy and it plays very challenging but fun. John and Robin were super nice and friendly about being able to play the course. The tee-pads are very nice and once they get the signage put in there should be no issue with finding the baskets. There’s multiple tee-pads and designated pitch and putt tees for newer players or if you are working on your short game. I will say this course has a lot of potential and they have a great vision on what they want it to be. Also they will have alt pin locations to change up the difficulty. Be ready to hike if you plan on playing. Also If you need any disc stop at their store. They are ready to equip you with what you need. Can’t wait to come back and play the course when everything thing is done.
@jharper3
Excellent mountain disc golf course! Not really for beginners, but there are short tees. Real nice baskets. It's a hike. Several of the fairways are switch back trails. Bring a walking stick! Roll-a-ways are dangerous. Wear shoes with good traction. Lastly, the owners, John and Robin, were delightful! When this place opens up, it's gonna be a hit!
@bumbledore
Really fun course! Definitely a solid hike, but not too bad if you’re in decent shape. Played the blues with my (nearly 70 year old) parents, then played the golds, and the blues again. The multiple tee pads are fun and they aren’t just shorter or longer versions of the same hole - they really change the course you’re playing. I really like that par 4s have been incorporated into the design. They’re short, and you don’t ever need to throw a driver, but placement and precise throwing is important. There is some really strong rollaway potential to a degree that’s a bit unfair - but it’s mountain golf, what can you do other than laugh and scramble! The pro shop is nice and has cold drinks and the owner working there was fun to chat with. I’ll likely never be back in the area again, but for folks who will, it’ll be really fun to see how the place matures!
@drivnmf
There are courses out there that level up a players game with fun throws, shot variety, angle control, & a range of difficulty. MMDGC is one of those courses. Something for the beginner to a 1030 rated Pro. The risk/reward can be great here, but also, playing smart is a must here. Holes 2 & 3 are short, high risk with a narrow tunnel & unforgiving tree kicks. As you climb, the fairways widen until you make the turn at 5 & descend into rad lines on holes 7 & 8 with an uphill hole 9 finish. The owners John & Robin are absolutely incredible & have a fantastic Pro Shop where you can get a hotdogs & drink before starting your next 9. Whether it's the PnP, Blue, or Gold Tees, experience a truly unique DG course in the Smokies.
