Lots of pedestrians. The tee pads can be very slippery, please check before just throwing off the tee pads on holes 5,6,9, and 12 especially

Very nice, fun course. If you’re from out of town like me play this one and not the course at Sunset Park. This is a MUCH better course.

I just played 36 holes here, and none of the concrete tee pads were slick at all. (I played with a local who said that they'd been roughed up / fixed.) The course is an open park design. Considering that, there were lots of trees, bushes. rocks, and small hills that provided a decent variety of shots. There was a nice bathroom with a water fountain.
