About the course

Very hilly Heavily wooded The course is located within Rescue Squad Park and follows a valley along the back of the park through mature and relatively clear forest. As of 8/17, the course is mostly complete and starting to feel broken in. There are 9 well placed baskets and all tees, while a bit small, are nicely situated with brick pavers. There's a nice stairway in place leading up from the 9th basket back to the 1st tee. There's also a bridge across the stream on the 4th fairway. The walk from the 1st basket to 2nd tee needs work as it can be muddy. More work along the stream is needed on holes 5, 7, 8, and 9 as well. None of the above should dissuade you from trying this short but challenging course. The 5th hole is under 100 feet but straight down hill and a fun challenge. Hole 4, the only par 4, is a tad over 400 feet but unreachable from the tee due a 90 degree dogleg and overhead tree canopy. The other holes are all ace runs but each has it's own challenge. Some may feel the biggest challenge is the terrain as there is a lot of up and down very steep grades! Lastly, there is some signage but once you tee off it's fairly obvious where to go next with some arrows to help guide you through. The course has also been mapped but some of the distances may not be completely accurate as the GPS doesn't work well in the woods on the course. Enjoy!

Wild shrubbery with narrow fairways & extreme elevation! No carts. Start on 8 and pray to stay out of the rough. Beautiful peaceful woods.

A great layout with lots of potential. It’s only 9 holes, but it’s a really really fun 9 holes. Fix up the bridge between 1 & 2, today up the tee pads, and give this course some tee signs and you would have a top notch 9 hole course.
