I really enjoyed this course and think it has the potential to be an amazing course. What kept me from giving 5 stars boils down to two things... 1) Signage and way finding. The blue tees were hard to locate as they stuck up out of the ground maybe 4 inches at most. That was when they weren't destroyed and in pieces. Also, having the baskets marked in relation to which hole they pertain to would be a good improvement. 2) Upkeep. There were several instances where overgrowth made it difficult to find the tee markers. Plus, the usual overgrowth issues such as, having to throw from a kneeling position when a tree branch was hanging a little too low, the standard line not being available due to tree branches, tall grass, etc. Honestly, if these two issues were taken care of, I'd give this course 5 stars even though they don't have tee pads. To the owners, please don't take my critiques personally. As someone that works on a camp, I know staffing can be hard and keeping up with things even harder. I truly loved your course, I'm just providing my experience to help you improve. Thanks again for opening up your course to me and my friends. We had a blast. Much love and God bless.

Some beautiful shots, not well maintained and impossible to navigate without UDisc app.
@nathanalleman
Upkeep is everything, so if the course was mowed it might be different, but that still would not make up for the lack of pads, terrible Mach baskets, and very difficult wayfinding. Too bad because there are some fun lines and creative holes here, as well as some inexplicable ones (looking at you, 18). Udisc says 4.3, which is way high in current condition, 4.0 max, but still worth playing.
@pizzagod
Fun camp course. Worth playing with som memorable holes.
@nubemaster96
Very very fun. Lots of variety lots of shade but bring water. First 9 is fairly easy or straight forward at least but the back 9 in very technical. My partner lost 2 drivers.
@aaronwolfgang
Wonderful course that needs some teepads and signs.
@ashtongrissom8
Really fun course! Very unique and unlike most around. Definitely my favorite in the area. The two shots over water make the whole course. Owner is super nice.
@psquared16
Fantastic course, a ton of fun to play!
@zgilts
Course is great, the only thing that let me down was my play.
@kylemandris
First time playing it and wow! Definitely loved the bridge hole
@sraikes87
Dirt boxes, and kinda hard to navigate but super fun course!
@chrisconnelly
Great mix of holes and a very pretty property. The white fallow deer sighting was a bonus too. A quick response from Tyler when I sent the text to ask about availability and it was easy to find and meet up with Colby to get in. Will play it again if back in the area!
@mlander3
Fantastic course. Great selection of shots, mixed of woods and some open, and overall just fun. The only thing missing are tee-pads, but outside of that, I think this is the best course in the area. 10/10 recommend playing.
@webersrus
Great course if you’re in the Bryan / College Station Area. Tyler was easy to reach and Caleb a good host with the Waivers. We played mostly red tees which provided shorter, yet still interesting lines and some very unique shots. Also first time seeing white deer. Dirt tee pads the only minor minus. Would love to return and play all the blues in the future
@cougar
