Incredible layout! Played the OG and it was one heck of a test. Kudos to those who tame the Beast!

Only negative, since I’m older, is the loose, side hill stances can be risky for older legs, ankles and knees. Otherwise, a significant test of technical ability.

Some of the signs are misleading and a few of the holes have really awkward to non-existent lines... Not super fun to look at a wall of trees on the tee

Scenery is great, has the right idea on challenging shots, tee pads aren't bad(a few have lumps), baskets are great, and playing the 26 hole layout is a bug workout...I don't think the woods holes are very good...I had a problem with about 7 or 8 holes in the woods....pin placements on some are weird, pars need to be looked at on 1 or 2, and my biggest issue is on 4 or 5 there is no clear fairway so it's a throw and hope shot...overall not bad, but would have rather played the great courses further north

Beautiful wooded course. Some very tight lines, but mostly fair, and with a good variety of shot shapes and distances.

The bratt beast layout needs some significant tree clearing work to be a fair layout. At least 8 of 18 holes are poke and hope throws.

Hole not mowed, cars and trucks parked everywhere, some kinda dumb baseball or something. Alot of walking up and down hills.

Nice wooded course with some open shots. The turf tee pads are excellent, but they’re only on the furthest back tees.

Fun course! OG layout: Lots of elevation change mix of open holes and woods. Nice tee pads decent signage. New layout: wooded & technical. New holes are definitely a little rough still.

Super course! Interesting and challenging, lots of elevation. #2 is a real bomber! Options with multiple tees.

With the addition of the newest layout, this is a property to experience. The OG layout is not maintained as well as the Bratt Beast, but there's a lot of fun shots to be had on both. With no offense to any recent reviews, the woods holes on the new layout are incredibly scorable and anyone claiming there are no lines are just incorrect and may need to work on their game.. The course record is currently -13 on the Bratt Beast, for reference.

Played the new Bratt Tourney Layout. Not a bad track. I think the OG Layout was better. Frustrating that signage advertises the OG Layout but it’s not even on UDisc.

Played the winter layout for the first time. Had a great time. Watch out for small little stumps and some slippy mud on the middle bunch of holes. Otherwise, a really great winter layout for an already great course. Easily one of my favorite free to play courses in New England.
