Toledo FINALLY has its premier pro-level course! Maumee Bay State Park is a 9,200ft Par 64 Championship Level Course with a mixture of everything! You’ve got - open bombs, woods, elevation, water, wind, literally everything you could ask for this course delivers! HUGE shoutout to everybody who made this happen, this is such a gem and it could not have been done better, it’s going to be unhealthy how many rounds I log out here!

It should be listed on ODNR's list of state parks with disc golf.

This course is nice, but unfortunately nice does not mean good. This course is carried by its location, scenery and upkeep. The design, however, is very disappointing. Most holes were flat ground 450+ ft shots off the tee with random trees sprinkled in the fairway that did nothing but force you to throw over the top. Most holes were blind shots with waist high grass off the fairway that you could easily lose your disc in. Could be one of the best courses within a large distance with a serious redesign.

It’s a nice course that is kept up fantastic. It has about 9 good holes and the rest are just wide open bombs, which is probably due to the land. But it has some fun shots.

Fantastic course to play. All kinds of shot variety and having Lake Erie so close to dip your feet in after is a bonus!

Great golf here. Big arm helps. Spotters are probably a good thing. Mayflies are out there pretty good right now

Long and Difficult but fair. I’m a 910 Udisc rated 300 drive guy and feel par is obtainable.

Saw a couple garter snakes and a hognose. We started looking down and watching our steps more than the scenery after that. It is a pro level course and above my abilities. It was a fun challenge though. You will spend a lot of time looking for discs in deep grass is you can't throw accurately.

This could be the best course in ohio, but it was rough. It's advanced level, and several holes are a complete swamp.

Pros: this course is very fun! A lot of holes allow long shots and big flexes. Most holes are reachable with ~400ft of power. Tee pads and signage are great as long as they’re cleared of ice/snow. Cons: multiple holes (I.e hole 3) are just not reachable unless you can flex a driver 470+, with hole 12 being a 500ft straight par 3 that can’t be reached unless you throw the perfect shot. The course is also very flat (only 2 holes have considerable elevation change), so drainage could be an issue after heavy rain/snow. Hole 11 also doesn’t really have a line to birdie the pin without an extremely risky shot, so you play for par. ** However, the rest of the holes are very well thought out, and reward well-executed shots. Overall, this is a fun championship-level course, and one I will return to!

Beautifully designed course! Course is brutal but fair if you play your game. This course punishes those who play outside their comfort level. Wear pants or some leg wear to this course as the rough is tough to walk through with exposed skin. Send a spotter on blind holes.

Beautiful fairways and scenery lend to a great Disc Golf experience. The shot variety is nice, but distance is at a premium here. Difficult Par 3's, soft Par 4's and technical woods holes will challenge all skill levels. Looking forward to future events at this destination course!

Best course in Northwest Ohio by far. It is long and challenging. A huge field to warm up in. There are several different shots you'll need to make. Upkeep is magnificent. It's very cart friendly.

Great new course! Stay in fairways, but very fair. Fun long par 3s.

Fantastic course, well thought out design that will require all shot shapes. Backhand, forehand, uphill, downhill, layups. A clean, accurate fairway throw should get you a look at par on all holes. Disclaimer, you will likely lose a disc or two in the rough. Most players should be able to clear the water shots, but if not they can be played around the water and still make par.

Fantastic course, best in NWO currently. Certainly challenges different shots and demands fairway hits. Could get even better with more the addition of long/short pads(or baskets) eventually and trash cans by tee areas. A must play if you're in the area and worth an hour drive for.
