Beautiful park. Great beginner course. 8 of 9 holes are low ceiling forehands. The low ceiling and short distance is great to work on smooth forehand form. Would be nice to work a few more backhand lines if possible. However with it being mixed use park probably best to keep shape of throws away from walking path. I would like to see thicker paint lines for the boxes as well. All in all great sidearm pitch and putt course. I took a few of my brothers for their first round and they all had a great time!

Mathis is one of my favorite courses in town, especially during the scorching summer heat. There is shade on about 80% of the holes and almost all the tee areas. The course is short and sweet, good for beginners. There are also some good custom layouts people have made that are fun too. It can be tough to play if the park is busy as you are throwing over paths so be patient.

Your standard neighborhood park but with a small course, decent if you're here and to practice putting but not worth going out of your way

Only decent course in area. It's essentially a loop sidewalk with an open field in the middle, with baskets placed around the loop near or under trees. Use the longer layouts on Udisc or make up your own teepads, bc there aren't any. Shade is nice, and the trees do provide you the chance to shape shots. Grass is well maintained.

Leaves on ground and flag football in the middle fields today on thanksgiving morning. Had a beautiful round though!

Tees aren’t marked correctly. Look for the painted lines on the parks path, not the online pad.
