About the course

This is a beautifully well-kept small course that is a perfect environment for a Beginner (Red), but offers more challenging Par levels for Intermediate (White) and Expert (Blue) golfer looking for a quick round. The Front 9 holes are the original, beginner-friendly layout. They can be played alone using Red Pars, geared to Beginner players whose typical drives are 120’-200’. The new Back Nine holes 10-18, as yet unmarked with tee signs, re-map the 9 tees & baskets into a longer pattern with extra doglegs. Holes 1 &10 start and holes 9 & 18 end near the parking area. Paths from baskets to tees are all short. The Back 9 is designed for Intermediate players (WhitePars), whose typical drives are 220’-300’. Hole 10: Tee1 > Basket2; 11: T9 > B3; 12: T4 > B5; 13: T6 > B7 (*sharp* dogleg); 14: T8 > B6 (“backwards”); 15: T7 > B4; 16: T5 > B8; 17: T3 > B1; 18: T2 > B9. UDisc hole maps show all the paths as you play. Front-9 players have RIGHT-OF-WAY, since back-9 holes criss-cross them. F9 players may not be aware of B9 layout, so B9 players should YIELD to oncoming F9 players, for safety and courtesy. There are three 18-hole choices. All use the same Front+Back layout, but offer different Par levels for Beginner (Red), Intermediate (White) & Expert (Blue) players - Expert pars are geared for those whose typical long drives are 320’-400’. Purpose of these Red, White & Blue par tiers: to provide reasonable challenges for players with different skill levels, especially when they are playing together. Please enjoy this course and its great maintenance, uncrowded play, new Back Nine / 18-hole Expansion, innovative 3-tier Par options, and its focus on providing all levels of players a place to learn and improve. Plenty of parking available just a short walk from Hole 1/10. Grass is cut short regularly and undergrowth is kept in check. There are a few holes with “tight” OB or heavy brush on the sides. The park is far less busy compared to some others in the area. Bathrooms on site and the park is well kept. You'll enjoy your round at this hidden gem!

Fun practice course. Mostly mid range and putters. Could use some trees added to a few of the holes to add some challenge. Certainly worth playing.

No tee pads which means slipping isba factor if things are wet but the tee areas are all at least flat. A great short course for someone to learn the game at, and the park itself is freshly renovated. A hidden little gem among the more prominent neighboring courses
