Tee pads are pretty small and easy to trip over the edges

Course is fine, but several of the fairways cross walking paths so you may need to wait for pedestrians. Hole 6 has some thick thorns on the left, so be careful when throwing on this hole. I saw a few discs in there that are probably irretrievable until someone cuts this back.

Udisc needs to change the settings for this course. There is a white sign with red lettering right at the edge of the parking lot as you’re entering that clearly says “no pets”. I came with my dog and pulled right up to the sign and was immediately upset. Dogs are not permitted here despite what Udisc says. I wish Manalapan township would allow dog access to either the disc golf at the HS or at the rec. as it is dogs are not allowed at either. I came back later in the day without my dog. I’d like to add that there is even another sign along the fence near the first tee that specifically says “no dogs allowed on school grounds”. The course is okay. There are decent elevation differences in the first 4 holes after that its pretty flat as far as elevation. The tee for hole 1 is a little difficult to find because its beyond the fence line just walk past the fence to the right of where you enter and you’ll see it amongst the trees to the left. Hole 1 is a great hole to practice driving just a straight shot at 250’ I believe with a decent elevation difference and nothing but open field to the right and left and behind for a while so no risk of losing your driver on an errant throw. Hole 6 & 8 have added obstructions from faculty or students moving equipment into the normal disc path. Hole 8’s is significant as its a soccer net jutting out like 3’ beyond the normal obstruction of the shed and completely in the normal disc path like 3’ from the hole. Hole 7’s tee appears damaged. Its completey covered by a blue tarp that appear to have collected water. Its possible they may have recently replaced this tee like just this week and this tarp is there to prevent the sun from delaying the normal curing process of the morter used (because of how brutally hot its been for weeks now). Or its been broken a long time and they’re just covering it over to prevent injury….idk which. There is plenty of straight field right next to it that works fine as a tee All in all a decent beginner practice course

Another short campus course courtesy of the Central Jersey Disc Golf Club. A few artificial barriers that reflect the compromises required when squeezing in a course around existing athletic facilities. Several holes give new players the chance to “air it out” and really watch the flight of their discs. Avoid school hours and rainy days
