@cmburg
Whites are hard to find in some holes due to overgrowth and weeds. Good upshot course, nice variety. Some whites I would pull a smidge back and make par 4 so it’s more reasonable.
@sherjm1
It was hard to find the white tees on many holes. Had to use UDisc to get through. Fun course, though. Glad we came to do it. Will come again.
@hyperxhyper
Top notch holes along the creek and on the ridge, but the 6 extra campsite holes seem boring and unnecessary. I also feel like the course is challenging enough without tons of OB and mandos. Overall great job by Cardston and looking forward to real tees/signs!
@isaacbarbeau
fun course with lots of holes but the wayfinding is a little tough and pars are very difficult to get on some holes. they’d be better off as a par 4 especially with some of the mandos, trees, and lack of upkeep
@nicolewilson
First off this course is not cart friendly. For about 20% of the time you’re going up and down hills through bumpy long grass. I will not bring my cart if I come again. I feel like they should take out 6 holes and just make an awesome 18 hole course. They could do 18 on the one side of the creek and a small 6 hole pitch and putt course by the campground. Some fairways need major attention and tee boxes need leveling but overall some good bones.
@mctanker
Course has great potential and has some challenging holes with tight OB and mandos. Several holes need love and grooming, mostly the second nine. I enjoyed it, but due to vegetation some holes it was hard to find tees and direction to next hole.
@skinisky
This course would do very well with a 12 hole custom layout on UDisc to shave off half the holes because the course is quite long. The course is in need of maintenance and proper signs. There’s a lot of confusion when most of the early front holes crisscross with the late back holes.
@jmshaynes
5 Star for this course based simply on fun factor. Are there tight OBs and treacherous Greens? Yes. Are some of the mandos completely insane? Definitely. But the scenery is amazing, baskets best in the game and it has every shot imaginable. A perfect course to just go and have a blast. For tournaments there would definitely need to be some adjustments for safety reasons but that’s why there’s 6 extra holes to play with. Still a bit raw of a course because it’s new but coming along nicely. Some fantastic features so far.
@berndog
First off, so glad there’s a disc golf course in Cardston. Thanks to all who have put in a tonne of work. There are some fun, well designed holes. For example: 1,2,3,5,6,7,8,14,17,19,21,23,24. I loved the down hill shots and shots that involved the intimidating creek. However there are several holes that I found uninteresting and unnecessary. For example: 4,9,10,11,12,13,16,18,20. I hope in the next few years there will be some course redesign. I feel like the course could easily be trimmed down to 18 holes. Sometimes less is more. I found there to be too many straight shots on flat ground. Shorter, technical holes like 14 that bring the creek into play are so fun to play. Technically challenging holes like 14 make me think a lot more about disc selection and shot shape. I found the holes at the Lee Creek Campground to be unnecessary and generally uninteresting. They ended up making the round longer than it needed to be. An uphill throw to a basket after hole 2 would be nice as I’m walking up the hill anyway to get to a tee-box. I was sad I never got to throw across the creek even though there were 2 bridges to cross it. I hope the minds in charge will re-assess and tighten things up. The baskets are beautiful and the landscape is full of potential! Thanks again.
@mattybell15
I will rerate this once course is properly open with Tee pads evened out etc but overall very worried with baskets within 30 feet of each other and tee pads in circle two of multiple holes and throwing around walking paths the entire course. Some change of pace with some cool holes but couldn’t imagine having a tournament here or playing on a busy day.
@erikfast1992
This course has so much potential. Can't to see it develop into a 5 star course in the years to come.
@jlcombs
4 for now, once the tee pads are in and the pars actually set properly for the longer holes, it will easily be 4.5 or 5 stars
@dylank33ling
Actually awesome course. The tee pads are under construction but they are marked just not numbered. If you’ve got the UDisc app you’ll be fine. Wicked fun course.
