@kinderman
Thanks to whose who put in the work to create this great new course! Nice signage, great shot variety, and a fantastic job clearing it out. Nice to have some woods. Get a few benches for us old guys and it will be almost perfect!
@pgroot
Well worth the visit when in the area, nice course with a lot of variety of shots.
@masonbr68
Lot of right turns on the course but great overall experience. Tee pads not quite 8 ft but all level and flat except #11 which runs uphill. Great use of space. Challenging course and great stop if you’re in the area.
@smalley73194
Great potential in this course. Still pretty new, and needs beat in/ cleaned up a bit.
@ediieg
Some fallen trees on the fairway but still really fun. I like the upgrades that have been made
@jacobheinl
Overall I enjoyed the course. There were some fun holes and a good variety of shots. My main complaint is the pars are way wrong. Several par 3s are nearly impossible to birdie. Nice tee pads and signs, but could use some arrows to point to the next holes. Glad to have a course in wapak!
@andyj1302
Poorly designed shots, a lot of tripping hazards and thick rough. Heavily wooded with a lot of unclear lines. A few very fun holes with some good runnable tee shots, but several of the holes deserve a par 4 scoring.
@antlem
I’m from Tennessee, and used to live up in this area! Super stoked to see Wapak put up a disc golf course!!! I’m super happy to see the amount of work going into creating this course! I truely can’t wait to see the final finish of this course! With a lil more course maintenance, and fixing of the pars to match the layout! I feel this course will be one I will love to play more when I come back to visit!
@conley39
Course is at Wapakoneta High School. Plays nicely with a few exceptions. Mostly wooded with reasonable lines at least for the most part. Course needs to mature and some attention needs to be given to the areas that gather water and are a muddy mess. For the area this course is excellent and will be a destination course with some maturity.
@cody1chiro
Fun course that has potential! Currently without tee signs, so you’re throwing first and finding the basket afterwards on at least half of the course. Small improvements needed to make it a great spot.
@schmity95
Course has a lot of potential. Would not be surprised if it becomes a top course in the area. That being said there's a couple of pretty long par 3s through the woods that definitely are punishing. Maybe they would be more realistic if they were cleaned up a but but definitely a huge challenge as is. June 8th 2024: this course has had a significant amount of work done to it over the past 8 to 10 months and is becoming a very fun and challenging course. They've added extra baskets to certain holes and just cleared up a lot of the fairways through the woods. Keep it up and I think this could truly be an awesome tournament course.
@dvsizzla
I know it's a newer course The follow was really nice! However the local group could possibly clean the place up a little more often So many trip stumps along the way each wooded hole
@moonpie1711
I have 2 knee replacement and some of the terrain is stumpy and I tripped a lot it was a very challenging course
@joshthobe
Brand new course so no signage yet but it’s an amazing job by the designer. UDisc is pretty accurate, be ready for thorns if you can’t stay on the fairway.
@ccaswell
This course sits in a woodland marsh, but it seems that little consideration was given to water retention during the design phase. Frequently walks between holes were drier than the fairways. The design seemingly would’ve benefited from some tweaks before concrete pads were poured. It’s a lovely area, but this course is probably better played in drought conditions.
