Functional yet questionable: beginner course wraps around school property, hops a fence, doglegs one end of the bldg and plays dangerously close to school's side entrance on narrow #5 fairway.

For a course geared towards kids it does have challenging holes. #1 & #2 have low tight fairways. Hole 3 goes straight at the school. 4 swings far to the right. 5 is long and straight for a young player. 6 is the easiest. You can take your kid here but I think the bear creek church and the park with Brown in the name are easier for kids and beginners .
