Tee pads are the only cool part about this long ass course
@nonubs
Great use of the ponderosa forest. Good shot variety, and it’s clear this course has some good folks who care about it. In another year or so, with some tee pads and benches and trash cans, it’ll be a total gem.
@kennymac401
Sick course. One of the more immersive experiences in the area. Must play for sure.
@wallysnowbird
If it had tee signs at all it would be a fantastic course. But none other than a handful of paper signs on a few holes.
@discrabbit
Fun long course, but the drives don't matter very much as long as you don't hit an early tree. This course actually tests approach more than anything because there isn't any rough to penalize off-target drives. The design might be improved by identifying the thickest patches of rough on the property and then to design holes that revolve around the rough. This is in contrast to most terrain wherein holes are designed around existing alleyways through the forest. Might be a premier course with a redesign.
@cntbg23
Absolutely amazing. Not a beginner course but still fun. I was able to play pretty well with about 300 ft of distance bh/fh. The views! The teepads! So much fun. I’ll have to come back to play this one after it gets beat in more.
@brianphillips
Course is long, like hole 18, long to be long. Some people might like that style of throwing. Me not so much.. still worth throwing to throw it.
@justin19dasilva
One of the best courses I’ve ever played. Great variety of shot shapes, distances, elevation and technicality. I played all the courses in flagstaff on my trip and this was by far #1
@marshallarts
This challenging, rugged, world-class course will test every shot in your bag. Definitely worth playing, ideally with a buddy to help each other look for discs. Upkeep leaves something to be desired, but for a course that plays over acres of volcanic rock, perfectly manicured fairways aren't really viable.
@jmolson24
So much potential for this course. It has great, challenging holes throughout and is a good mix of bomber par 4/5s and shorter, technical par 3s. The tee pads are some of the best turf tees I've ever played on as well. Some cons... The course needs tee signs, if you aren't using a Udisc map you will get lost. Some of the greens are really nice but most need some clean up and make a proper circle 1 at least. As this course gets used more the trails will improve but right now it's pretty rough getting from tee to basket. Overall, excellent course and will be playing again for sure.
@scrubjay67
Great course, not as challenging as other Flagstaff courses, but length makes up for tech, and allows you to rip some drives! From UDisc directions to parking area, walk down power line through forest to hole one.
@burtimus
Stellar views, fun lines, perfect tee pads.
@scherrick23
As a Truck Driver, having this course available right behind where I park was Awesome. Just wish I got here a little earlier in the day to finish last 6 holes. Course was as expected for a mountain like terrain, tee pads are Awesome, signs to next tee a great. However tee signs on tee pads could just have distances on them. Other then that, I most Definitely would love to play a Sanctioned round out here someday in future
@bahatiduma
Hole 18 is still missing. No signs at tee pads
@drfrisb
Bring your distance drivers and your accurate approaches to take on LAL. This course is no joke and will challenge your physically and mentally for the entire round. The 2nd hardest course in Flagstaff. Enjoy this adventure of a round.
@n8barton
Big fairly open course. Lots of pretty scenery. Feels less technical than the crew course, the difficulty here is the length.
@astoneace
Great course but closed. Baskets pulled.
@hukinfooligan
It’s worth it just for the views of the peaks!
@rj29274
An incredible addition to Flagstaff. Course is brand new and has incredible potential. Big arms will really score well here. Gold level layout is legit
