@tanto18
Beautiful, challenging, and rewarding top 5 course in the state with elevation, technical, and open shots that begs you to keep playing!
@pointsi
Good course, solid options for long baskets, very woodsy and technical. A long hike and feels a bit overgrown and unfair in a lot of places for lines. Baskets are mixed new and old—often hard to see in woods.
@bckcntryskr
A lot of the same shot. No real “signature” hole to speak of. Certainly worth the drive and the many extra steps.
@xakaakx
We played the red pins (longs). Fun course. Keeps you honest with a good mix of wooded holes and open park style golf. Front 9 has some cool shots to let you rip some drives and then the back works the technical wooded angle quite well. You can tell the course is raw still but this is already super fun and on its way to being epic.
@tribonk
It’s clear that the course has had some recent maintenance (clearing fairway edges). I am quite happy that I got a chance to play this course. There are an even number of wooded and open shots. One thing that is important to me in course design is having long and short pins or multiple tee pads. The longs were long and the shorts were fair. A great combination for advanced and beginners. I’m sure playing hole 18 at sundown is amazing.
@titties
Too many blind par 3s. Course flow is bad, have to walk quite a ways from some baskets to the next tee. Ton of widow makers on back 9 but the course gets a little better there. Tee signs are confusing and don't match with udisc often. 3 hole distances colorized but only two pins on each hole, neither labeled with color. Did not enjoy the course.
@dalthecow
Wow, you can tell they've put in a lot of work. Most fun course I've played in recent memory, really good. Only had time to try the shorts. I will be back. Chained or for an ace in 18, that would have been icing in the cake of discovering this gem. I would consider it a destination course if you like woods golf
@cholton
The course benefits from being on an exceptional property that allows for a variety of disc golf shots. Starting along the lake and finishing along the lake is perfect, and at sunset hole 18 is the best finishing hole in the state. There are a variety of holes, from traditional woods golf, to wide open opportunities to stretch the arm out. The course definitely feels longer than the actual play, but that is necessary to get the most out of the holes designed to work with the up and down landscape. My only complaint, and one not to reduce the stars given, is part of the course is susceptible to difficult play/navigation when there is excessive rain and moisture.
@discrabbit
Long course is best for Blue rather than Gold players. Great layout, challenging, and scenic.
@elaine60
Beautiful course. Love the basket location selection. Some really fun shots. Fair amount of elevation, but not a difficult hike to any hole. The course is well maintained. So glad we stopped and played.
@bigwhoop
“Mini” Championship Level course. Super fun, only a couple of duds.
@cygnus6
This course has clearly gone through some changes - and clearly for the better. There were 50-60 people here according to uDisc on a windy Sunday morning. Super friendly locals. Would definitely come back with a little more time.
@drice1
I first played this course in its original configuration nearly 20 years ago. The improvements and redesign have created a track that I’m looking forward to playing again when I’m in Omaha.
@fausch
Fun course. Really fun beginning and really good ending holes. The middle is a little repetitive. Overall fun
@marcus13
Obviously not finished. Holes 10,14,16,18 could use a few less trees. Great F9 as many others have said. Excited to see the end product!
@bigmoose
Muddy as hell right now
@joeluhlmeyer
This course has pretty fully come into its own. The recent installation of pads, pins, and a partial redesign of the back 9 has turned this into a really excellent course. A ton of work was put into cleaning up the back 9 and that's great. Only possible complaints are hole 10 long lacks a true fairway and hole 13 long seems a bit fluky, but those are both pretty nitpicky.
@boxcar
Check out the map. Multiple baskets per hole for most holes (Shorts/longs). Lot's of hard work was put in by Chris and the community to make this course enjoyable and playable again. Bathrooms are present later in the course (but a bit off of the course). Maybe the real best course in the state. Campground with old playground on north side of lake. Only things missing amenities wise is a playground on the course side, and maybe some bathrooms somewhere ON the course.
