5 stars for creativity. Debatably my favorite water feature ever in a course. My 250th course played!
@jeffcarpenter77
Beautiful course with lots of technical shots. Some of the tee pads were a bit short, and we ran into some itchy plants off the left of the fairway on hole 8, but overall a really fun short course. Loved that we could grab a drink at The Pioneer bar beforehand, take it on the course, and feel submerged in nature throughout our round. We saw a few deer too!
@brianphillips
Cement pads, this course a long time ago must have been amazing.. there is very little up keep now, no mowing weed whipping or tree trimming now.. but with some work thiw place would me 5 stars..
@jacknorman
Beautiful course, I got lost in the woods on a couple holes but other than that, it's a great course
@aking10
Beautiful course with intimidating pin placement. Not very cart friendly, watch your step on back half
@sykora07
Not the best course. I’m giving it 2 stars because some of the lines are great. The upkeep needs work, fairways need to be trimmed
@tmag222
This course sucks and is also so fun
@arueckl
Nice, technical course you can use to practice your short game. Not a single hole I needed to use a distance driver on so it’s fun to play with some of the discs that don’t get used as often. Hole 6 is a little tricky, I’d maybe recommend skipping that one if you don’t have good balance. Otherwise an awesome course for being way out here!
@brentpreebler
Wow. Very cool course. Beautiful, tight, technical.
@lostthedog
Course was great! Some of the boards on the bridges are still a little loose. As usual.. a little muddy by the river(I think there's a spring on the side of the hill.) But as always a great time, and a great course! Thanks again Madgo for the upkeep.
@ascherbel
Best 9 I've ever played. Great use of elevation and the stream. Footing on cliff is a little tricky and crossing the stream can be a challenge but otherwise awesome setup. Wish there were 18 holes.
@airjomax21
Very tight lines. for a 9 hole this is a good stop. Also pioneer bar and grills burgers are tasty
@jociexx
Very impressee with the Pioneer Grill. Great middle of nowhere watering hole. Right on the creek, music venue in back, sand volleyball courts, all kinds of outdoor fun.. The course though is alright. Plays back and forth over the creek in the woods. Menomonie area has some good DG. Worth making a weekend out of it. Must check out!
@discrasher0312
Extremely buggy, because its wraps through the river, hazardous holes, but fun shots, it's a course that you really need to be careful on, as the bridges are not really bridges just palets with plywood on top of them floating half asset in the swamp river it's built on. had to race through because I was getting eaten alive with 5 lbs of bugs spray and bug bands etc. no amount of bugs repellent will work on this course.
@truman82857
Fun course lot of water hazards love it
@trentonvielbig
About as amazing as a 9 hole course can get. Some great use of elevation and the river running through the property.
