Open grassland course along reservoir lake with open fairways, fun information boards, and easy to navigate.
@danimalg
I probably would rate this lower, if not for having lake on right hand side of multiple fairways. And although trees generally line the lake on these fairways, it does force one to not have errand throw to right, without chancing disc ending in water. Otherwise, this is very similar to Branched Oak, but shorter holes. Fairway grounds were in nice shape, with fairway width being nice and wide. It is course close to lake, that is mostly open, if one stays on fairway. Good for locals.
@samjvrana
The wind (which is typically 10-15mph and always more than nearby) both makes the course interesting and insanely frustrating. Combined with the rough I’ve sworn off the course a couple times, but I always seem to come back months later
@goodup
Great little nine hole course with moderate length shots. Largely flat, grassy, terrain, complemented by the lake’s ever-present threat of sending your disc to a watery grave creates a great dynamic.
@zaxstats
Short pitch and putt with water right on many holes. Pretty atmosphere and nature info on each tee pad.

What a neat links style design! No trees, so this is a wind course, which I personally enjoy. Very challenging when wind conditions are rough if you play the tall grass OB. Also just a great ambiance there, very serene and full of scenic nature and its many sounds. Just really nice to be out there if you’re into that kinda thing. Also the nature/animal facts listed next to the teepad info is genius, I loved reading it!
@destriej
Very unique course! There are no trees, which may turn some people off, but the wind and water make this course challenging in its own way. Similar to a golf links course. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is it is only 9 holes!
@joeluhlmeyer
Deceptively easy to lose discs to the lake. Play cautiously.
@ryan7lewis
Good challenging links style course: pretty tight fairways where the rough outside is truly rough. The fairways needed to be buzzed and if the rough was burnt down once or twice a year, this easily gets another star from me.
@ilewis
Nothing too fancy here, but an extremely well-maintained area with nice views. All fairways are just mowed grass, teepads are very nice, and lake only comes into play on shanked shots or very windy days. Brought my pup and he had a blast in the lake and sniffing through the grass.
@danielszucs
4 star 9 hole course! Absolutely beautiful!!!! Carved fairways out of long grass, water shots, nice tee pads, very nice signs, and did I mention beautiful! Pitch and putt if there is no wind, I could see having to use some very overstable fairway and distance drivers if there is wind!
@t1ofbbb
Beautiful course, extremely windy in the fall and winter
@boxcar
Bring sunscreen as there is no shade. This is probably a 3 star, but the educational signs added a half star.
@alexjjunge
One of the easiest courses around, a windy day could make this course somewhat challenging as it’s WIDE open. Great pads and signage very easy to follow and solid baskets.
@jrudolph
Grass is long
@mzdfly
Really nice little course. Very few trees, but nicely mowed fairways among tall grasses next to a lake. They have nice tee signs with educational info about local flora, fauna and points of interest, and they even have score cards and a box full of golf pencils!! Holes are between 200’ and 360’. A few slight uphill and downhill. The tee pads are a little short, and I took off a point for limited features. Otherwise, pretty cool!
