@benschikker
Fun, well designed course. I found it very easy to get around and not get lost. The infrastructure of stairs and paths is awesome.
@geigerhyzer
Short, technical, and a good time! As a 6’3 man I still felt sheepishly intimidated by the pigs roaming around, but none of them gave me any trouble.
@bbbsocal
Love the idea and concept. No major punishment, could be a 3-disc course if feeling creative. A few shots are blind or have tough mandatory. Solid, glad I visited.
@tlvguy87
Definitely a unique course and fun to play. Obviously well cared for by the owners. Shot variety is a bit lacking and the tee pads felt a bit precarious since several were not flush to the ground in any side. Improved tee areas would help raise my rating. Would still play again next time I’m back in town.
@benbrockbank
Everything I imagined and wanted Island disc golf to be.
@krzymo
Beautiful and well maintained course with attention to every detail while still maintaining a rustic feel. Lots of friendly pigs of various ages roaming the property. 10/10 would recommend this course.
@nicknak4486
Wonderful course! Well worth the $15 if you're visiting the island. I loved Cookie! Thank you for letting us use your property, Emma.
@pointsi
Impeccable course with fun technical short lines all under 275 mostly. Signage at tee is very detailed. Big ocean views and throwing over a coffee farm. Nice local ppl playing here. Had a blast!
@ljwobker
What an amazing track. Put together by people who know what they're doing. Mostly short holes, mostly technical. Super great use of available elevation and obstacles.
@tomolson77
This course has some tight lines, but it’s super fun overall. Being from the mainland this course had everything I was expecting from a Hawaii course and more: pigs, macadamia nut and avocado trees, coffee plants and a tremendous vibe. There’s a disc library and lost & found at the checkin and some merch to purchase if it moves you. A new basket was being installed while I was playing and the owner was super nice. Check it out if you are on the big island!
@jdorr23
Very fun course! Lots of shot shapes and good use of mandos. Would recommend to anyone who visits.
@brianfergus
This is a top tier course all considered. Some of the holes seem short, but they make up for it in complexity and elevation change. If you are on Hawaii for any reason you shouldn’t mind the fees. Happy to pay for a quality course on the island that is convenient to the main Kona area.
@cquinn17
one of the more unique courses i’ve played. some fun shots, good elevation change, and lots of pigs running around!
@jimcarey
Great course! Very good use of the space. Technical but very fun!
@glenadyll
I've now played KPDG 5 times in the last week and it's all I want to do for the rest of my trip here in Kona. While you almost never have to throw a driver and a pro level player would absolutely shred, this gets a 6/5 for beauty and a 6/5 for fun. The lines are interesting, score-able, and diverse using every bit of the available space to create a truly magical disc golf experience. Loved KPDG and the absolutely wonderful hosts who so graciously shared their space with us.
@levibrotensky
Hands down one of the coolest courses I’ve had the chance to play (150+ played). Fun lines, well kept grounds, and personable ownership in Brian and Emma. Playing amongst the friendly pigs was an awesome experience. I will visit Kona Pig DG every time I come to the Big Island.
@dougjones
Course was really fun to play and immaculately maintained. Owners’ hospitality was over the top exceptional! Signage and vistas were outstanding.
@villlain
Great course to have on this side of the island! Plenty of ace runs and a couple of longer technical tee shots mixed in. Great elevation changes and beautiful fruit trees with plenty of shade. Looking forward to playing again next year!
