About the course
Kolbäcks Discgolfbana är en 18-hålsbana som är belägen i norra delen av den härliga gamla bruksorten. En 9-hålsbana designades 2002 och byggdes 2003. Banan är sedan utbyggd i 2 etapper (först till 14 hål). 2007 stod 18-hålsbanan klar. Banan modifierades 2010. Uppdaterad med Latitude64 Pro Elite korgar och nya tee-skyltar 2021.
Den är designad och anlagd av klubben Kolbäck Hyzers. Banan är finansierad av lokala sponsorer, Hallstahammars kommun och mängder av ideellt arbete. Hålen är varierande och medellängden är 104 m vilket gör att den bör passa både nybörjare och elitspelare. Banans par är 59.
Dricksvatten går att fylla på vid det röda "garaget" vid boulebanorna under den varma säsongen.
Toalett finns tillgänglig vid tävlingar/evenemang i klubblokalen.

2025: Skyltning är bättre nu och verkas bygga nya teepads på många ställen. Bra skit. 2024: Superfin och hyfsat svår bana, även för den erfarna. Lite svårt att hitta, skulle behövas bättre skyltning, men annars finns det inte mycket att klaga på
