About the course
Julkujärvi DGP on päivitetty uuteen uskoon alkukesällä 2017. Uusi rata on haastava AA1-tason rata, jolla väylien keskipituus on 145 metrin tienoilla.
Maastonsa ansiosta rata on saanut myös liikanimen ”Kuulaakso”. Alue on osittain metsittynyttä ja pohjana käytännössä joka puolella on melko pehmeää hiekkaa. Haastavien ja monipuolisten väyliensä ansioista rata on luokiteltu pro-radaksi ja se onkin monien Pirkanmaan alueen pro-pelaajien treenipaikka-of-choice.
Väyläpituudet vaihtelevat lyhyimmästä reilusta 80-metrisestä yli 250-metriseen par 5-väylään. Tällä radalla ei ole suinkaan haitaksi osata monipuolisesti eri heittotekniikoita ja juuri tästä syystä moni pitääkin tätä rataa lähialueen puistoratoja hyödyllisempänä taitotason kehittymisen kannalta.

Long technical holes and good easy to follow layout . If you are a beginner you are going to have a hard time, but luckily they have an armature course right next to it.
