Beautiful beginner course.

Nice little course in a mostly wooded area. Enjoyed our round here.

@dizzel
After going to High Point Market for years, I finally got to play this course; and I'm glad I did. I played blue, and as someone who forehands, I found it kinda easy. But overall, I really enjoyed it

@tbriceno
Awesome little course. Will be back. They need a practice basket.

@jordanmanuel92
Great course must play blues and golds are challenging

A Triad classic, this course has aged like wine. The upkeep on this course is very good. It is consistently mowed, trash cans are emptied consistently, and safety issues are dealt with in a timely manner. This course undergoes a full and in depth clean up shortly before the Oak Hollow Open every August. The tee pads are extremely nice! They are consistent in size, shape and material amongst all holes and layouts. They are level, with no cracks in them, and are placed appropriately for the shots you are asked to make. The shot variety and hole designs are varied, interesting, and overall good! You are weaving in and out of the woods for the hole course, with good use of the elevation on the property. The white tees are a classic putter/midrange loop, great for warming up or working on that part of your game. The blue pads are a solid step up, there are many shots where you will need to step up to a fairway or outright distance driver. I can not comment on the gold tees, but they look like a proper gold layout from what I can tell with their long lines and very tight gaps. The only downside is there is no obvious signature hole on this course. They are all good holes, but nothing outright great. The signage and wayfinding is average. The signage shows the distance, the elevation change, the locations of the three different tees, and a basic map of the hole. There are no directional arrows to get you from hole to hole, and more than a few of the gold tees would not be immediately found without UDisc. You would find the gold tees eventually, but it would be frustrating. If you are playing the white or blue tees, you could navigate this course very easily without UDisc. Amenities are sparse at this course. There is a port a John, and a small shelter, but there is not a way to refill your water bottle on site. There are benches, but no bag hooks. Again, this is overall average. Overall, this is a 4 star course. Despite having several average components, this is a case where the sum is greater than the parts. There are no filler holes, which balances out the lack of a signature hole. The course flows logically, and plays quickly, which balances out the lack of amenities. The upkeep and community care lifts this course up immensely. This has an old school charm, and is well worth a day trip to play.

@jaybox
Easy to follow layout. Various tee pads, at each hole to challenge different levels.

@bradner
Nice variety of shot shapes, 3 pads on each hole. Course seems to have poor drainage.

@phmothergoose
I really want to give it a 5 but like most people say the tee pads need about 1 or 2 more feet added to it. I tripped and fell on the pads. I'm not asking for a James Conrad type just a little bit more! Other than that nice do course.

@daddyballard
Course is in great shape, save for the #2 tee box, which is crumbling a bit. A few of the other tee boxes have βchallengesβ but theyβre not too bad.

Tight lines and well maintained. Get here early because this is a popular course.

@timbo102
Great upkeep. Alot of work has been put into the course. Tee pads are longer, multiple lines have been cleared our for the woods course. The difficulty jump from whites, to Blues, to golds is significant and changes how you play the course.

@peterjerome
I liked this course. It is only a disc golf course, not a park. The layout out is decent. There are three tee pads on most holes giving all players plenty of choices. The gold tees seem to make it a different course altogether. Signage at each blue tee pad is excellent; showing distances for all three tee pads and elevation change also. Each has a hole layout and direction to the next tee. This is a good course. I used all range of discs from the blue tees. A very good course overall.
