This is a really fun short nine off of the 80. The fairways are well maintained and the rough is only knee-high grass in October. I shanked one into the rough on number eight and it only took me five minutes to find. Given the small footprint of this course, they really use the elevation changes, creek, and trees to make it a fun course with a lot of different shot shapes and challenges. Being that most of the distances are pretty short. The tees are grass with a tombstone style header flush with the grass. Most tee areas have a sign to find the buried marker. A couple had the sign missing. The embedded tee box header was still there. Number nine has a sign, but I could not find the tea box header. This is a great stop if you’re headed down the 80 and either direction
