Pros: Spectacular Maintenance: Pristine fairways, great tee areas, and clear OB signage. Property: A beautiful conversion of an old ball golf course. New tree plantings suggest the fairways will become more technical over time. Cons: Repetitive Gameplay: Currently a bit of a "hyzer-fest." It’s mostly max-distance shots followed by more distance shots; I’d love to see the woods utilized more for variety. Tough Scoring: The long layout pars feel a bit "wonky" and unattainable for most. It would be ideal to play the long pads with the short layout's par counts. Overall, a professional-feeling course that just needs some layout refinements and time for the trees to grow in.
