Pros: Great use of space. Lots of different hole shapes Concrete tees (small) Well kept Reasonably easy to follow. Cons: Some holes a bit squeezed in Teepads skinny Baskets are way off scale Some baskets too close to long snake grass/water. Ok to play if you’re close or want to tick it off your list.

Nice variety of shorts, longs and trees. The course crosses back and forth over walkways so you have to keep an eye out for people and sometimes wait for them to clear. Grass needs mowed but not too bad.
