About the course
Queensbury Parks & Recreation Disc Golf Course located at Ridge-Jenkinsville Park began as a 9-hole disc golf course designed and constructed in the fall of 2023 by professional disc golfer Jaimen Hume with the assistance from Queensbury Parks & Recreation staff and several local volunteers. The course expanded to an 18–Hole course in the fall of 2024. It has both Beginner (red) and Advanced (blue) concrete tee pads with MVP Black Hole baskets. The course encompasses the natural terrain of the wooded areas behind the sport complex athletic fields. It consists of a mix of uneven forest floor, grass and hilly areas throughout. The course is approximately 1.3 miles in length/ Trails are fairly short between holes, well marked and easy to follow. The course layout is well suited for families and novice players to play the beginner red tees, and more technical & challenging for experienced players from the advanced blue tees. Players can vary several different layouts with the combination of 27 tee pads available. The course is free to play. League play and Tournaments must request rental use.
Please help us by clearing the fairways of sticks, branches, vines and other small debris.
