A true 5-star desert course. The signage and tee pads are great - and the locals were very friendly.
@the3dwizard
Nice course, baskets in great condition. Signs on the short and long tees were mostly correct on distance. Arrows on baskets pointing to next tee. Not hard to find next tee if you mostly can follow the trails and UDisc. UDisc for hole 11 is off. Doesn't match physical tees.
@jberwanger
Fantastic course! Really high level desert golf. Tough to play. Gotta know where to land or else you’re screwed.
@spluke11
Practice hole and 18 are close on UDisc. Great course, loved playing!
@knaperoots
Best desert course I found in NM
@brianphillips
2 pin locations. Tee signs don't say which one, also there are 2 tee pads, long tee signs do not show location of short pads? They should, navigation on a few holes is bad and confusing so many holes that are close to one another and the land is mostly flat. Best course in santa fe, but thats not saying much.. Tee pads are boxed in outdoor carpet and they are about 2 to 3 inch high of the ground level. So watch your step.
@alexhallumsdisc
Nice 18 hole course designed by Avery Jenkins. Great baskets, good turf tee pads (wish they were a little longer). A lot of open shots, but shot placement is still important. Sandy & dry. Short pins have poles up for signage yet they are all still missing the actual signage for distances/maps of the hole. Course feels a little incomplete with that not being done, but it’s still a great course. Worth a visit!
@abontstl
Fun course and great use of space. A few holes were forgettable though.
@twoods8409
The course is fun, a lot of long par 3's from the pro tees that really test your open shot making ability. Not a ton in the way of obstacles, but what is out there is used well. Baskets are all great, and all tee pads are in good condition, except for 18, it is a bit uneven with a few dips throughout it.
@aurkarm
This is exactly what I had in mind when I imagined desert disc golf. Pretty course! A variety of flowers and cacti and trees make for a cool landscape for disc golf. Variety of shots, such as an open space like this can offer. Tee pads are turf and pretty good. Signage is decent, although UDisc definitely helps with finding the next tee. Part of a nice city park, too. I had a great time playing this, and I'll absolutely do it again if I'm ever in this part of the world.
@jmackie7
Tee pads, signage and baskets are all great; top of line imo. That being said, I was disappointed in the design of this course. Had high hopes and perhaps too high, but there is a ton of unused space and besides 17 and 18 every shot is basically just a hyper if you have the distance to reach the baskets. I feel like the tee and basket placement could have been better to force shot shapes instead of being able to go over the trees and brush on every tee shot. The wind and random bushes are really the only things making this course challenging.
@taylorgerber
Great course for the area, long and short tees are nice. Shot variety is pretty good, still a desert course but the land is used well.
@tomsdiscgolf
Well designed beginner holes. Longs are good distance for intermediate players. Win is usefill.
@kalymathis
Don't stand too close to the ants. Murderous bastards! Great course. Hole 18 is sooo long. Hole 17 is NOT in the ravine in front of the t box so make sure it lands up in top to the left! No easy way down into the pit of hell once you've landed there. My desire to play in the dessert has been satisfied and this course, while beautiful and challenging, gave me even more respect for the weary, but incredible, travelers who trekked through new mexico before there were cars.
@krispykramer710
Super fun, great lines, quality baskets and tee pads. Use UDisc for tee pad positions, can get confusing without. Over all fantastic course. A+
@scottmcf
Good layout with a few elevation changes and hidden/ elevated baskets. Wild brush is tall and bring your scramble skills to navigate around larger junipers. Beautiful place to play!
